Do you accept insurance?Yes! We accept insurance and are considered in network with many insurance companies. Private pay services and remaining balances may be paid for via credit card, check, or HSA/FSA card.

How do I know if my child needs speech and/or language therapy?Call us at 320-200-2577 or email breanna@fireflyspeechlanguage to set up a free consultation to talk about your concerns!

My child did not qualify for early intervention or school-based services, can you still work with them?Yes. At Firefly Speech & Language Therapy, our approach to therapy is individualized. We are able to treat areas of development on a deeper level than what may be offered in other settings due to their eligibility requirements set by the state.

Could my child benefit from both school services and private therapy?Yes! Many children participate in private speech services in addition to school services. Benefits of private therapy include 1:1 services and increased parent involvement. This allows you to know that to practice and how to practice at home, leading to quicker progress.

How often will my child need to be seen?Frequency and duration depend on the goals we determine are necessary following evaluation. Speech therapy sessions are 30 minutes long and children are typically seen 1-2 times per week. Progress will be monitored throughout all sessions and changes can be made as needed.

Do you offer teletherapy services?Yes. As long as you are located in MN, we can set up virtual services. We understand that families are not always able to come to our office. If this is a service you are interested in, let us know so we can determine if it would be appropriate for your child. Teletherapy is also a great option on days with poor road conditions or when you are visiting family within MN.

Can you see my child at their daycare/preschool?Yes. Let us know if this is something you are interested in and we will check if your daycare/preschool allows us to provide therapy services in their facility.
